Up date as of Dec. 16th.
There are a couple of things that have taken place that we want you to know about. Yesterday, Thursday the 15th, Dad had a hearing test taken and there was no noticable difference in his hearing ability than from the test he had taken before the chemo began. With these positive results, he is going ahead with 2 more sessions of chemo, and then another hearing test will be taken before the last two doses are administered. We feel it is indeed a blessing that he can go ahead with the chemo as that gives him that much more of a chance of killing any more cancer cells that are still in his body.
The other thing is the results of the MRI he had taken last week. Three bumps appeared on his left arm in different places and Dr. Bentz was concerned about them. It turns out they don't look cancerous, so they will be watched and if they grow bigger or become painful then further action will be taken.
This is good news. Thanks for posting it. Love you.
